About San Francisco Medical Spa

Many years ago in response to frequent requests from patients, Dr. Romano started offering services that were always considered a normal complement to a well rounded plastic surgery practice. Nowadays these services are considered “medical spa”.

Dr. Romano defines a “medical spa” as:

“a facility that is owned and operated and under the direct supervision of an American Board of Medical Specialties board certified plastic surgeon physically present and in the same location as his office, to supervise and provide traditional, complementary, and alternative anti-aging interventions and treatments in a medical office spa-like setting”.

We are pleased to offer these services within our office. Please review the menu of services and you will notice that we do not try to offer everything, but only those interventions which are tried and true, make a difference, and complement the preparation and preservation of Dr. Romano’s surgical results.

You can see from the spectrum of interventions and procedures and the photo gallery that Dr. Romano is very careful to choose those products, lasers, devices, and procedures that are safe and reliable and get results.
