Skin Preparation for Surgery

Skin preparation prior to your cosmetic procedure is essential to your recovery and result. We have three different protocols depending on what we want your skin to do:

• For liposuction, breast reduction, arm lift, thigh lift and body lift procedures we want you skin to contract over the new framework.
  • NutriBiotic: Contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, DMAE, Vitamin C Ester and Tocotrienol. These powerful antioxidants work together to helps increase skin firmness.
  • Neova Body Therapy: This advanced formula helps diffuse wounds with GHK Copper Peptide Complex.
  • Retin-A .05%: Helps exfoliate the skin for better product penetration and contractability.
• For breast augmentation, calf implants and pectoral implants we need the skin to soften so it can stretch with the new implant.
  • Lipikar Balm: A moisturizing body lotion, with a high concentration of Shea Butter and Glycerin, which helps prepare the skin for stretchability.
• For facial surgery and nasal surgery we need to increase blood circulation which helps aid in the healing process.
  • Obagi Nu-Derm System: This system includes the highest percentage of hydroquinone that works with the Retin-A to help increase the blood flow and increase the cell turnover.
  • Retin-A .05%: Helps exfoliate the skin for better product penetration and contractability.
