Policies
Appointments
Please give the receptionist as much information as possible when
scheduling. This will enable us to reserve the appropriate amount of time
for you. Please do not bring others with personal questions who wish to
share your appointment time. Please do not bring children with you to the
office. If you must cancel your appointment, kindly notify the office at
least two business days in advance. Patients with emergencies, or urgent
problems will always be accommodated. We require a credit card number to
reserve your appointment time with Dr. Romano.
Hours
The office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Telephone Calls
Telephone calls are received during regular business hours. The office
telephone number is (415) 981-3911. This number is also available for
emergencies after hours. If you have questions that involve lengthy
telephone discussions, an office visit is better for this purpose and should
be scheduled accordingly.
Cosmetic Services
The fees for cosmetic services are due two weeks prior to the procedure.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and cashiers checks. Please do
not bring cash.
Professional fees can be reviewed at any time with the patient
coordinator. Operating Room and Anesthesia fees are separate and not billed
or collected by this office.
Dr. Romano reserves the right to decline treatment to any new cosmetic
patient.
Insurance Related Services
We do not participate with any insurance companies. It is the patient's
responsibility to completely understand your insurance coverage. All fees
are reviewed carefully with the patient prior to the initiation of any
treatment. Our fees are due prior to treatment. Our office will help you
file and submit claims so that you can be reimbursed directly from your
insurance company.
Confidentiality
Records and documents are released only to patients with prior written
consent. In every respect, your interactions with this office remain totally
private and discreet. |
