 I have a complete
state of the art medical spa totally and wholly integrated
within my high quality plastic surgical practice. It is
contained in the same location, administered and supervised by
only me. Very few medical spas can say this.
Many years ago in response to frequent requests from
patients, I decided to offer additional services that already
appropriately complemented my surgical practice. In fact, these
are services that have always been naturally best provided by a
well trained, artistic, and talented plastic surgeon. Nowadays
these services are considered “medical spa” with all sorts of
doctors in different specialties, non-physicians and
entrepreneurs providing services. It can be confusing.

“The best medical spa is a facility that is owned and operated and
under the direct supervision of an
American Board of Medical
Specialties board certified plastic surgeon. The spa is physically
present and in the same location as the office. This doctor is always
present to set the standards, directly supervise, and provide
non-surgical interventions to patients in medical office but with a
spa-like setting”.

I am pleased to offer exactly this. Furthermore, I offer only a highly
select spectrum of these services in my office and medical spa. These
services and products are all reviewed by me to be of the highest quality
and provided in the office only if they meet my extremely high standards.
Please understand that I do not try to do everything or offer every product,
just those that consistently provide results and are safe.
The medical spa (non-surgical) services I offer are:
- Injectables and Fillers. Botox,
Perlane, Restylane, Artefill, Cosmoplast, Cosmoderm, Captique and
others.
- Medical Grade Skin Care. This includes
peels, facial treatments, pigmentation removal, skin tightening, and
wrinkle removal.
- Thermage. Radiofrequency energy
non-invasive skin tightening
- Laser. Laser hair removal and
laser vein removal by state of the art technology
Collectively these interventions delay or prevent the need for plastic
surgery and preserve your youthful features. For my surgical patients, the
